A slot opens when a machine frees, or when we add one. The waitlist is the list we mail.
Tokens were never the constraint. The machines were. A flat monthly key only works if the GPU behind it is actually yours for the month, so we stopped issuing keys when the last one was spoken for.
The next keys come from more GPUs. That is the whole growth plan. We are looking for partners to get there.
A partner is someone who can put hardware under this API, or a team that needs a block of capacity large enough that we should order machines for it. One key is the waitlist. Anything past that starts as an email.
